The space

A two stories apartment, featuring one full kitchen, two full living rooms.
We have three bedrooms including, one master room with queen bed, one room with two queen beds and one with a two single beds.

House rules

Every guest must provide identification, you have to agree to our terms and conditions.
We give two parking spots on the basement.
We prohibit visits, parties, loud music or anything disturbing.

Other things to note

We kindly ask for every guest´s ID before entering the apartment via check in link sent when the reservation is confirmed, it is a requirement for the building staff.

We offer check in at 3 pm, if you like to check in earlier, please ask first, since we can do it based on availability with an extra cost of $15
